Job Overview

  • Exciting Internship opportunity with TDIndustries, a premier Mechanical Construction and Facility Services company
  • 10-week program to work on projects, shadow different roles, and apply education in the real world

Compensation

Responsibilities

  • Understand people analytics and its impact on decision-making
  • Work on projects like engagement survey results and turnover analysis
  • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards teams
  • Gain experience using Power BI
  • Analyze and interpret data

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Analysis or Organizational Development
  • Current college level: Junior or Senior student/ Grad School
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong team orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
