- 10-week program to work on projects, shadow different roles, and apply education in the real world

Responsibilities
- Understand people analytics and its impact on decision-making
- Work on projects like engagement survey results and turnover analysis
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development, Safety, and Total Rewards teams
- Gain experience using Power BI
- Analyze and interpret data
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing Analysis or Organizational Development
- Current college level: Junior or Senior student/ Grad School
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Eligible to work 40 hours (or more) per week
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong team orientation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
