Job Overview

The Provisioning and Administration team at Adobe is seeking an intern Product Manager who is forward-thinking and passionate about customer delight. As an intern Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering post-purchase experiences for Adobe's enterprise, mid-market, government, and education solutions. Your role will involve enabling company administrators to set up and provision accounts for our business customers in the business platform. You will play a pivotal role in understanding market requirements, defining key platform capabilities, and working with groundbreaking teams to drive Adobe's growth. Additionally, you will lead the personalization, testing, and user experience optimization strategy for post-purchase experiences across all Adobe cloud solutions. This internship is a co-located hybrid position, meaning you will be assigned to an Adobe office location with flexible in-office schedules (2-3 days per week).

Responsibilities

  • Define and craft key platform capabilities for value realization
  • Optimize and automate user experiences for administering organizations' users and groups, delegating licenses, using cloud storage, and understanding product usage
  • Collaborate with teams to drive the next phase of Adobe's growth
  • Lead personalization, testing, and user experience optimization strategy for post-purchase experiences across all Adobe cloud solutions

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields; or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of advancing sophisticated product initiatives and projects
  • Collaborative, creative, and business-friendly teammate with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data-driven decision-making
  • Availability for a full-time internship between May and September
