Job Overview
In this role, you will be exposed to a challenging manufacturing environment and work with various aspects of the production process. This includes root cause analysis, process troubleshooting, and process optimization. You will also learn about safety, process operations, process chemistry, meeting timelines, and project management. Assignments will be aligned with company goals and require collaboration with staff at all levels to develop and implement solutions.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Ensure plant safety
- Learn and document processes
- Gain knowledge in statistical process control (SPC) and variation
- Apply process optimization techniques
- Familiarize with lab test methods and procedures
- Compile presentations for completed projects and present to management
Requirements
- Completion of sophomore college year in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
- Familiarity with MS-Access is a plus
- Basic chemistry lab experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in teams
- Leadership skills
