Responsibilities###
- Lead in a team environment within the office and firm
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Project Architects, Interior Designers, and Intern Architects
- Ensure client satisfaction, design quality, and project profitability
- Manage all phases and aspects of small to midsize projects
- Coordinate administrative and technical project efforts
Requirements###
##SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY###
- Proficient in technical production for design and construction documents
- Preferred proficiency in Revit
- Knowledge of relevant codes and principles of sustainability
- Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
- Excellent design and presentation skills
- Understanding of design and procurement processes
- Registered Architect or ability to become registered within 6 months of hire
- 15+ years of experience in architecture
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent field of study

- Excellent communication skills and strong team ethic
- Ability to interact professionally with office leadership and clients
- Ability to direct and motivate others and handle stressful situations
