Job Overview

  • Join NIKE, Inc. as a Graduate Intern and be part of the global owned marketing omni-channel strategy team.
  • Gain experience in ideating and implementing strategies while optimizing customer journeys across Nike's digital ecosystem.
  • Be a digital-savvy strategic problem solver and thought leader.
  • Confidently work within a highly matrixed and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Compensation

  • This is a paid internship opportunity with relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with diverse individuals, teams, and functions across WHQ and Global organizations.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with Global Marketing & Business partners to meet brand and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Digital Product, Design, Stores, Operations functions, outside vendors & agencies, and Geo teams.
  • Participate in digital marketing at Nike and learn about the Member lifecycle, MarTech innovations, data infrastructure, and marketing analytics.
  • Strategize and activate owned marketing channels alongside Nike marketers, product, and engineers.
  • Share ideas and observations with the Marketing Platforms team, and contribute to executing those concepts.
  • Collaborate with leaders in Marketing.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Graduate degree with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025.
  • 3-5 years of work experience strongly preferred.
  • Curiosity about and understanding of digital marketing standard methodologies across owned platforms and targeted communications channels (SMS, App, Plush/Inbox, Email).
  • Passionate about Sport, Nike products, and the consumer/retail industry.
  • Cover Letter and resume submission (PDF) required.
  • Demonstrable experience working across and within multiple teams.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity in an enterprise, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including superior presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and open to learning new tools/techniques.
