The Harris Products Group, a Lincoln Electric Company, is a world leader in the design, development, and manufacture of brazing, soldering, heating, cutting, and welding equipment, as well as brazing and soldering alloys and welding consumables.
Compensation

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D Engineers to support new product development
- Review product design for better processes in a world-class manufacturing environment
- Develop manufacturing processes to create new products
- Analyze and improve the quality and production of global products
- Work in an environment of continuous improvement
- Collaborate with a team of engineers on capital projects & production support
- Work with R&D to improve the design of products for manufacturing
- Select, Specify, and implement equipment for improving products
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred)
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Ability to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis
- Desire to work in a manufacturing environment
