Job Overview

The NPD Intern role at Unilever supports new product development by conducting competition benchmarking, developing prototypes, and performing data analysis and evaluation of materials and products. This position requires technical sophistication and adherence to procedures and methods. The intern will also contribute to analytical method development and stability programs.

Responsibilities

  • Perform competition benchmarking for new product development
  • Develop prototypes and conduct data analysis and evaluation
  • Adhere to written procedures and methods
  • Support analytical method development and stability programs

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor Program for Food Science/technology or a comparable science degree
  • Good understanding of Product Development Principles, including formulation science, material understanding, GMP, and process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-based environment
