Job Overview

The Marketing Intern at Workiva will coordinate details, execute projects, and work cross-functionally with other teams. This role involves collaborating with multiple teams across the organization to integrate appropriate marketing strategies, measuring success metrics, researching industry trends, and assisting in managing multiple marketing projects, programs, and events.

Compensation

Salary range in the US: $19.00 - $19.00

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization
  • Measure success metrics and analyze reports
  • Research industry trends, competitors, and regulations
  • Assist in managing multiple marketing projects, programs, and events
  • Prioritize workload and complete tasks under tight deadlines
  • Provide assistance in tracking project progression

Marketing Interns may perform any of the following activities depending on the team(s) they support:

  • Plan, post, and measure organic social media channels
  • Assist in promotion plans for paid social media campaigns
  • Provide support in executing Global Demand Generation areas, including digital advertising, events, trade shows, account-based marketing campaigns, and digital marketing asset creation
  • Create and monitor tickets for multiple advertising campaigns
  • Use tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and more

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related program
  • Self-motivated with a strong propensity for action, results, and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work successfully in a high-energy, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes, programs, and procedures simultaneously
  • Strong creativity and brainstorming skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Analytical skills with the ability to analyze data from several sources
  • Up to 10% travel may be required
  • Reliable internet access for remote work
