Job Overview
Join Johnson & Johnson's team of innovators in the healthcare industry as a DPS Digital Education Intern. In this role, you will work with the DePuy Synthes division to create and provide training materials for field sales consultants and external healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include assessing and leveraging various software tools, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and potentially working with other interns on projects. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in curriculum development, enhancing learning experiences, and improving the internship program.
Compensation
The anticipated base pay for this position is between $21.00 and $32.00 per hour, based on your program year, discipline, degree, and experience.
Responsibilities
- Build a stakeholder network within and outside of your assigned department
- Independently complete projects related to strategic business issues or collaborate with a team
- Present final projects to key stakeholders within the department
Requirements
In order to be eligible for this internship, you must meet the following criteria:
- Legally authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with at least a minimum undergraduate sophomore year completed prior to the internship start date
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Ability to balance multiple projects and deliver results
- Self-starter who can work independently and contribute to team goals
- Proven leadership/participation with campus programs and/or service programs is desired
