Job Overview

As a Sales Assistant at Northwestern Mutual, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial services team in achieving their targets. You will have the opportunity to learn about the market, develop your sales skills, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Compensation

  • $15 - $16 an hour
  • Part-time, Internship

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and relationships
  • Prepare sales reports for management review
  • Provide administrative support including managing calendars and scheduling meetings
  • Assist in maintaining client databases and CRM systems
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or account management preferred
  • Knowledge of technology sales or technical products is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
