Job Overview

  • Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
  • Looking for someone to assist with loan processing and real estate compliance in our Liberty office.
  • The hours can be somewhat flexible but must be able to work Monday to Friday.
  • This position would be ideal for someone with a Real Estate License who is looking to supplement their income while getting their real estate career off the ground.
  • Must do well with numbers/math and be well versed in MS Office.
  • Also helpful is experience with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Outlook.
  • We are a real estate brokerage, so currently licensed real estate agents will be given first priority when filling this position.
  • Pay based on experience level/current licenses held.
  • Would be willing to train the right person from the ground up but that should be viewed as an internship with a low starting pay which would advance quickly as training progresses.
  • This position has been used as a stepping stone to a 6 figure income by all who have filled it in the past.

Compensation

  • Pay: $29,385 - $88,744 a year
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loan processing and real estate compliance.
  • Work Monday to Friday.
  • Utilize MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook.

Requirements

  • Real Estate License preferred.
  • Strong understanding of numbers/math.
  • Experience with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • 1 year of Fair Housing regulations experience preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Work location: In person.
