ADAMIS GROUP is seeking a part-time Freelance Beauty Consultant to represent multiple areas of the Beauty department. We are looking for individuals passionate about hair, skin, nails, makeup, and fragrance. The candidate MUST have at least 2 years of experience as a Beauty Consultant in the retail cosmetic industry and a strong level of experience working with beauty brands.
Compensation
- Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Sales Driven - Proven history of strong sales results
- Luxury Department store experience is highly preferred
- Management skills
- Organization skills
- Customer-centric approach
- Educate and inspire consumers on how to use skincare
- Communicative and interpersonal skills (attention to details, fashion trend-oriented, smiling and joyful)
- Understanding the client needs (good approach on knowledge and sales techniques)
- Training and coaching in-store consultants on products
Requirements
- Experience:
- The consultant must have at least 2 years of experience in the retail cosmetic industry.
- Preference for applicants with experience representing skincare brands.
- Experience:
- High End Big Box Retail (Nordstrom/Bloomingdales): 1 year (Preferred)
- Beauty Retail: 1 year (Required)
