Job Overview
We are looking to expand our market with highly motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individuals that enjoy working with local businesses. This is a business-to-business position that offers a strong performance-based compensation opportunity. As an Insurance Advisor, you will have the opportunity to earn a $3,000 bonus during your first 3 months of training and $13,700 in bonus money over the first year.
Compensation
- Pay: $54,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
- Benefits:
- Dental insurance

- Contract type: Contract
- Pay rate: Commission only
- Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
- Weekly day range: Monday to Friday
- Work setting: In the field, Office
- License/Certification (Preferred):
- Insurance Producer License
- Life Insurance License
Responsibilities
- Use social and in-person networking to reach CEOs, business owners, and HR Managers to determine which voluntary benefit programs suit their benefit package and employees best.
- Business-to-business marketing
- Help maintain our current client list of accounts by providing service and support.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary.
