Responsibilities
- Oversee the Health & Wellness Department and provide care to residents
- Conduct health assessments and develop services plans
- Coordinate residents' health needs with healthcare community and vendors
- Manage and support a team of professionals
- Ensure all requested services for residents are provided
Requirements
- Current geriatric knowledge with work experience
- Baccalaureate degree in a health-related field recommended; nursing degree required, RN preferred
