Job Overview
Elevate Health Sciences, a subsidiary of Nu Skin Enterprises, Inc., is seeking an Accounting Intern to join their Finance team. This part-time position will involve assisting in AP, AR, and accounting functions, as well as contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. The role has the potential to become full-time over the summer.
Compensation
- Time: 20 hours/week
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Shift: Flexible
- Pay: Depends on Experience
- Start Date: ASAP
Responsibilities
- Processing & payment of vendor invoices
- Support the management of our purchasing card system
- Invoice customers
- Track fixed assets and capital expenditures
- Contribute to cross-functional programs and projects
Requirements
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Possess an understanding of accounting and financial principles
- Ability to follow instructions, complete tasks timely, and provide regular updates
- Ability to read and understand financial information
- Understanding of MS Excel spreadsheets and formulas
- Ability to learn ERP systems
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
