Information Security Governance Metrics & Analytics Lead
Job Location
Vienna, VA | Pensacola, FL | Winchester, VA
Job Overview
- Maintain and implement Navy Federal's enterprise Information Security Governance Metrics & Analytics Program
- Assure management and the board of directors are fully informed of information security related risks
- Build strong relationships across information security governance, operations, and technology control and monitoring solutions owners
- Identify reportable metrics to inform management information security risk awareness and decisions
- Coordinate various reporting timelines to meet established deadlines
Compensation
Salary Range: $98,500 - $168,400 annually
Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to define OKRs, KRIs, and KPIs for tracking performance across security functions
- Maintain and create bidirectional dataflows for the Security Data Warehouse
- Organize data collection, processing, and analysis for the CISO level dashboard
- Help teams define team-level OKRs, KPIs, and KRIs
- Analyze data to improve security performance and risk posture
- Build a data-repository of metrics information
- Maintain a catalog of security data, reports, and dashboards
- Establish information classification standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Advanced SQL server experience
- Strong ETL automation experience using SSIS
- Scripting language proficiency (PowerShell, Python, etc)
- Written and oral communication skills
- Presentation skills for different audiences
- Organizational, planning, and time management skills
- Research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Program development and implementation experience
- Building effective relationships
- Collaboration and partnership skills
- Verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Desired
- Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with data migrations into Azure
- Experience with Power BI
- Advanced knowledge of information technology systems, processes, and application development
