Compensation
- Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and practices relating to accounting functions
- Guide and train the Accounting team
- Assist with key accounting hiring decisions
- Reconcile G/L Accounts on a monthly basis
- Perform Stock and WIP Valuation Reporting and identify underlying issues
- Assist with Accounts Receivable collections as needed
- Maintain and reconcile Fixed Asset Accounts
- Format Financial Statements
- Handle Accounts Payable entry and reconciliation
- Conduct monthly Bank Reconciliations
- Assist with Weekly Check Runs
- Calculate Sales & Use Tax monthly
- Send out Weekly Automated Statements
- Monitor Incoming Wire Payments and Company Credit Cards
- Assist in Year-End Tax Preparation
Requirements
- Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with manufacturing/productions and fixed operations desired
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office suite applications
- Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions
