Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate (FP&A) to join our team in San Francisco. This hybrid role involves working in the office three days a week. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will report to our Manager, Corporate FP&A, and play a critical role in supporting the growth of our FP&A organization. Responsibilities

  • Support strategic and financial planning processes, including monthly and quarterly financial forecasts, and annual plan
  • Be a valuable member of the Corporate FP&A team, offering financial and analytical insights, leading planning and forecasting for assigned groups, and driving process improvements (experience with Anaplan and/or Tableau preferred)
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects focused on improving forecasting accuracy, such as fringe/merit planning, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting, and headcount reporting
  • Assist with ad-hoc analyses for Executive leadership and the broader FP&A team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, finance/accounting, or operating roles, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Understanding of the three key financial statements
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (experience with Anaplan and Tableau is a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models and operating metrics
  • Excellent written and communication skills
