RE/MAX Vertex is seeking a Showing Agent to join our top Real Estate team. As a Showing Agent, you will have the opportunity to learn the real estate industry from the inside out and work closely with our Senior Buyer Agents. This role involves hosting open houses and showing homes to potential buyers. We are looking for a bright, ambitious, and hard-working individual who is serious about a career in real estate. A Realtor license or current enrollment in real estate classes is a must. If you are passionate about real estate and want to be a part of a vibrant and productive team, we encourage you to apply.
Compensation
Commission Only with Training and Mentorship with Plenty of Growing Opportunities
Responsibilities
- Work with buyer clients, listing agents, and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner
- Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract for measuring, inspecting, etc.
- Assist buyer clients in refining their needs and wants based on seeing homes and show them additional homes that meet their criteria
- Promptly respond to all buyer client phone calls, texts, and emails to uphold our agency's high standard of client service
- Support clients in writing offers and facilitate a smooth closing process
Requirements
- Ability to spend a significant amount of time driving in your car
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly
- Driven, motivated, and committed to professional growth
- Independent and able to complete tasks without supervision
