Mental Health Therapist (LCPC) (LCSW)
Job Location
Hybrid remote in Baltimore, MD 21218
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Mental Health Therapist to join our therapy team. In this role, you will work virtually or in person to provide therapy, support wellness, and assist with mental health treatment planning. Previous experience in the mental health sector is a plus, but not required. A Maryland license (social work, therapist, marriage and family, etc.) is REQUIRED for this position.
Compensation
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
- Pay: $35.00 - $70.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Be compassionate and caring toward patients and families.
- Use good judgment when dealing with patients, families, and co-workers.
- Adhere to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and other governmental regulations.
- Communicate with patients and families to gather information about their needs.
- Provide individual and group therapy to clients with a variety of mental health concerns.
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions and how to manage them.
- Provide support and guidance to clients as they work towards their treatment goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to clients.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development activities.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
Requirements
- LGPC, LCPC, LCSW, LGSW, LMFT, LMSW, or in graduate school (Required)
