Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant to join our professional team. As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting principles. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to $40,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and other documents.
- Perform financial analysis and reconciliation of accounts.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in GAAP accounting preferred.
- 5 years of experience in tax accounting preferred.
