Job Overview

Triple S Facility Services, a fast-growing facilities management company specializing in commercial cleaning and new construction cleaning, is seeking a Marketing Specialist Coordinator to join our expanding marketing department. We are a value-driven, fun, and team-oriented company, and we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team. This is a part-time, contract, temporary, and internship position that can grow into a full-time role. The schedule is flexible, allowing you to make your own hours.


  • Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
  • Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay, Commission pay
  • Schedule:
    • 4 hour shift
    • Choose your own hours
    • Day shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • No weekends
    • On call


  • SEO, Lead Acquisitions, Digital Marketing
  • Responsible for leading and supporting the marketing strategy for Hampton Roads & Richmond area.
  • Overseeing general marketing functions with a keen eye on sales growth & meeting targets.
  • Update website and develop credible leads to convert into sales and new contracts.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with retailers, property managers, corporate partners, local businesses, and more to promote Triple S and its services.
  • Exploring outbound campaigns to drive client lead generation.
  • Oversee and manage the development and production of the Triple S branded print collateral, non-printed collateral (websites, e-blasts, etc.), menus, signage.
  • Communicate with senior management regarding marketing initiatives.
  • Lead trade show/convention direction.
  • Dispersion, tracking, organization of marketing collateral and promotion team.
  • Other responsibilities include monitoring and updating Gather and community events calendars.

  • A strong eye for detail, a willingness to learn and try new strategies, and excellent time management would make for a successful candidate.
  • Communication skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the Company.
  • Reading and writing abilities are utilized often when completing paperwork and management reports, interpreting results, giving and receiving instructions, and training.
  • Mathematical skills, including basic math, budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances are utilized frequently.
  • Problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities are used often.
  • Ability to travel to attend workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc.
  • May require a valid Driver’s License and drive to workshops, tradeshows, conventions, meetings, etc.
