Job Overview

The Quality Lab Technician, Aromas position offers hands-on experience in a Flavor and Fragrance lab, focusing on Quality and R&D analysis and review. Interns will learn analytical techniques and sensory knowledge in the F&F Industry, specifically Essential Oils, Aroma Chemicals, and related products.



  • Raw Material Testing
  • Raw Material Sampling
  • Raw Material Sensory Evaluation (Taste and Odor)
  • Raw Material Analysis
  • Sample Shipments (Domestic & International) via FedEx
  • Document Generation: Certificate of Analysis (COA’s) through LIMS
  • Learning and generating reports out of FBSS and LIMS
  • Product storage and catalog upkeep for lab supplies and raw materials for Quality & R&D
  • General Laboratory upkeep and following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP’s)


  • A background in applied or physical sciences such as Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Physics
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
