Job Overview
As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our organization by owning end-to-end dashboard development and providing insights to the leadership team. You will have the opportunity to democratize data and empower operational and exploratory analyses.
Compensation
Salary: $38,632.85 - $78,570.22 per year
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end dashboard development, including requirement gathering.
- Monitor and maintain existing dashboards in production.
- Identify opportunities and influence partners to act, providing insights to the leadership team on the impact of strategic initiatives on key metrics.
- Drive self-serve and data literacy by building and socializing decision tools like dashboards and reports.
- Define, implement, and standardize metrics, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of working experience in data, analytics, or other relevant roles.
- Highly proficient in SQL and Tableau.
- Experience in requirement gathering and process documentation.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to tell stories with data, educate effectively, and instill confidence, motivating stakeholders to act on recommendations.
- Ability to influence business decisions and utilize data at the leadership level.
