Job Overview

New York Habitat is a successful international real estate and travel agency specializing in furnished rentals, bed and breakfasts, and vacation rentals in New York, Paris, London, and the South of France. We are looking for a highly motivated and positive individual to join our team as a Real Estate Customer Success Intern. This internship offers academic credits.

Compensation

Unpaid internship with academic credit

Responsibilities

  • Constructively communicate with owners and clients regarding reviews to maintain positive relationships and ensure the best quality for future clients.
  • Participate in the mediation process for real estate and legal issues between apartment owners and tenants.
  • Work closely with our quality assurance team to learn how to prevent client issues and complaints.
  • Learn basic marketing and real estate tasks.

Requirements

  • Current student majoring in business, real estate, or similar.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills in English.
  • Dependable, punctual, and dedicated to assigned work.
  • Ability to speak another language is a plus.
  • Minimum availability of 4 months on a part-time basis (2 hours per day).
  • Must be able to attain academic credits for the internship.
  • Able to work remotely.
