Job Overview

Iron WiFi is seeking a dynamic, technically-skilled Junior Full Stack Application Developer responsible for frontend and backend development of web-based software applications. This role is hybrid, partially remote and partially in-office. The ideal candidate must be local to the Orlando, FL area.

Compensation

Pay: $41,425.48 - $69,837.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Orlando, FL 32807: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Performs analysis, design, development, documentation, implementation, maintenance, support, and problem resolution of web-based software applications.
  • Develops, maintains, and updates all documentation relative to the development, implementation, operation, and support of software applications.
  • Provides estimates and time frames for project planning purposes and coordination of assigned projects.
  • Provides software application support to customers & prospective customers as necessary.
  • Maintains ongoing participation in mastering new and existing software applications and development environments.
  • Plans, implements, maintains, supports, and completes other tasks, assignments, projects, and priorities as necessary.
  • Remains flexible to work on additional projects as requested or as needed.

Requirements

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer science major or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 0-6 months of hands-on development experience in a web-based software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of web design, navigation, content presentation, usability best practices, and web technology.
  • Demonstrated time management and project management techniques to plan, develop, implement, and complete schedules, projects, tasks, and other assignments.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as necessary.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and transparent oral and written communication skills.
