Part Time Art Instructor Internship

Santee, California
Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our studio as part-time art instructor interns. No prior experience is necessary as we will provide all the training. This is an unpaid internship program that lasts for 2 weeks, with the possibility of being hired as paid staff at the end of the internship. We are seeking candidates who can commit to a long-term position with us.
Compensation
- Internship is unpaid
- Potential for paid employment after 2 weeks of internship training
Responsibilities
- Teach art to kids and adults at our studio
- Adapt to changing schedules (working hours are typically between 12-20 hours per week)
- Drive to different locations (primarily Santee, but also Bonita and La Mesa) for training
Requirements
- Availability at least 4 days a week between 2-7 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning from 9-2
- Attendance of a 2-week unpaid internship in March to learn art
- Reliable transportation
- Love for children
- Openness to working at the studio for at least a year
