We are looking for a professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multitask to serve as our company’s Real Estate Agent. You will work a set schedule that’s free of weekend and evening hours. We pride ourselves on providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy people and are committed to doing excellent work, then we want to hear from you.
Compensation
- Type: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
- Starting hourly rate: $20.00
Responsibilities
- Analyze and judge the needs of customers, and provide professional suggestions and opinions on the needs of customers for renting, buying houses, commercial real estate, etc.
- Assist clients in communicating with the building, negotiating and completing the initial work of renting, buying and commercial real estate
- Develop the market through the company's brand, advertisements, social platforms and personal relationships of the Overseas Student Network, and assist in the development of the team
- Conduct marketing campaigns
- Investigate and analyze the real estate market in the Isle of Man and surrounding areas, and obtain the latest listing information in a timely manner
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in real estate is preferred
- Good communication skills and strong self-learning ability
- Good at communicating and cooperating with the team
- Friendly, patient and responsible
