Lantern Real Estate Group, founded by Real Estate Agents for Real Estate Agents, is seeking motivated and dedicated Real Estate Buyers Agents and Listing Agents to join our brokerage. Whether you're a new agent looking to learn the business or an experienced agent looking to take your career to the next level, we have the resources and support you need to succeed.
Compensation
- Pay: $65,000.00 - $384,000.00 per year
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
- Schedule: Choose your own hours, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Provide leads to help you grow your business
- Extensive training with top agents leading to over $417 MILLION in sales volume
- Free access to lead generation systems
- Free custom websites, Free CRMs, and more leads than any other brokerage
- Hot leads with an ISA department to set appointments
- Follow-up systems and customized gateway for clients
- Incredible Commission Split Plans available
- Several Lead Generation Systems
- Personal Transaction Coordinators & Personal Assistants to assist with details
