Job Overview
Millennial Headquarters is a privately owned company based in Columbia, Maryland. We promote our clients in retail environments via face-to-face advertising. Representatives will work closely with other team members to help execute brand awareness strategies to promote clean energy programs in Maryland.
Compensation
- Pay: $46,119.00 - $53,115.00 per year
- Benefits:

Responsibilities
- In-store advertising campaigns
- Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face interactions with customers
- Customer service skills
- Building relationships with potential customers
- Maintain relationship with retail store managers
- Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face advertising
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age with high-school diploma
- Entry-level position, no experience necessary
- Customer service experience recommended
- Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Passion for customer service, face-to-face interaction, team player and competitive environment
