Job Overview

Millennial Headquarters is a privately owned company based in Columbia, Maryland. We promote our clients in retail environments via face-to-face advertising. Representatives will work closely with other team members to help execute brand awareness strategies to promote clean energy programs in Maryland.

Compensation

  • Pay: $46,119.00 - $53,115.00 per year
  • Benefits:

Responsibilities

  • In-store advertising campaigns
  • Generate new acquisitions with face-to-face interactions with customers
  • Customer service skills
  • Building relationships with potential customers
  • Maintain relationship with retail store managers
  • Ability to coach, train, and develop team members in face-to-face advertising

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age with high-school diploma
  • Entry-level position, no experience necessary
  • Customer service experience recommended
  • Follow directions and receive feedback from management staff
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Passion for customer service, face-to-face interaction, team player and competitive environment
