Job Overview

Join our team at a leading gloves supply company in California! As one of the top 5 companies in the business, we are seeking an experienced Sales Representative or Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales within the Food Supply, Work Gloves, or Medical Items industries. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Compensation

  • Pay: $64,421.00 - $76,403.00 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products to potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify new sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience in the Food Supply, Work Gloves, or Medical Items industries
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
