Job Overview

In this role, you will staff representatives for wireless communication and internet brands at community events, recruit and train residential street teams, and facilitate marketing meet-ups throughout the city. This position is perfect for independent, driven individuals who know how to take initiative and make things happen.

Compensation

  • Pay: $800.00 - $1,500.00 per week
  • Benefits: Flexible schedule
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
  • Schedule: Day shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend availability
  • Work Location: In person

Responsibilities

  • Represent major brands such as T-Mobile, Frontier Communications, and other major wireless corporations.
  • Execute successful marketing activations at events throughout the area (i.e. street fairs, pop ups, parades, trade shows, flea markets, canvassing events and festivals).
  • Recruit and build a team of brand ambassadors that perform enrollments.
  • Set-up and tear-down activation spaces and table tops.
  • Manage inventory, recruitment, and drive production.

Requirements

  • Display outstanding teamwork, communication skills, and an energetic personality.
  • Able to entertain in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate, listen, and engage with the public, occasionally large groups of people.
  • Comfortable with public interactions and sharing knowledge of the benefits program.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule with weekdays, weekends, and nights required.
  • Must have access to a car or reliable transportation.
  • Previous event and/or brand ambassador experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
