Noon is looking for a Solar canvasser to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and innovative company. The ideal candidate should have an eagerness to be a part of the solar industry. Experience canvassing preferred, not required. Here at Noon, we are growing fast and are seeking out talented and motivated personnel to add to the Noon family!
Compensation
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30+ hourly & commission
Plus bonuses, company trips, and company gear (All on merit-based performances)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage your client list, including abilities or interests in geographical planning and implementation.
- Develop and maintain client relations about their solar systems. Predesign through installation
- Evaluate existing solar systems out in the field, and identify potential high-probability solar homes.
- Develop and manage relationships with homeowners, neighborhood boards, and any neighborhood-affiliated groups.
- Provide technical guidance and advice to clients Working knowledge of solar systems and NC Utilities Programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Comprehensive understanding of solar technologies and components
- (Preferred) Prior experience at a Solar Company doing canvassing work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
- Eagerness to prove yourself in a very competitive market
