Winter Garden Smiles is looking for an experienced Front Office Coordinator who loves people and has a drive to do purposeful work with our happy and fun team. Our passion is to provide a unique and exceptional experience for everyone that comes through our door and to leave a positive impact on their lives. Join us in supporting our goal of providing excellent dental care to our patients.
Compensation
- Pay: From $15.00 per hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shift
- Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
- Assist in the process of patient problem-solving
- Assist Smile Associate Team in answering the telephone
- Check-in and check-out patients
- Assist in filing patient charts
- Participate in chart auditing
Requirements
- A minimum of one-year dental experience is preferred, but not required
- Passion for dentistry
- Eaglesoft knowledge/experience is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal enrollment skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Calm and happy demeanor
- Team player
- Flexible
- Committed to constant and continued learning
