Compensation

  • Salary starts at $60,000 and increases based on experience
  • Full benefits package, including a profit-sharing plan, remote work option, paid holidays, and flexible paid time off

Responsibilities

  • Manage case files, organize exhibits, and format settlement documents
  • Attend status conferences and update attorneys on developments
  • Track settlement progress and provide proactive follow-up
  • Format and finalize briefs, court documents, and notice letters
  • Prepare disclosure packets for litigation
  • Coordinate witness availability and schedule prep calls
  • Assist with scheduling, case management, and calendaring
  • Collaborate with the office manager in maintaining case records and preparing paperwork

Requirements

  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
  • Five or more years of paralegal experience preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced organization
  • Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive legal issues with confidentiality
  • Team player who values respectful collaboration with partners, attorneys, and support staff
