Job Overview

DBISP, LLC is seeking a smart and experienced graphic/web designer to create visually stunning content for digital and traditional marketing channels. The designer will play a key role in executing marketing strategies and campaigns, contributing to the success of the brand and the company.

Compensation

  • Pay: $17.50 - $24.36 per hour
  • Benefits: 401(k) with matching, dental insurance, health insurance, paid time off, vision insurance

Responsibilities

  • Develop a wide range of visual solutions using creative skills and design industry software
  • Conceptualize and create design materials, including point-of-sale displays, advertisements, website and email design assets, and digital graphics
  • Implement and refine company brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with freelance designers, photographers, videographers, and agencies
  • Create interactive content for various platforms, including email, web pages, and social media
  • Prepare final layouts and produce art files for both print and online projects
  • Maintain awareness of design and marketing best practices

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Content Management Systems (WordPress, Django)
  • Familiarity and experience with design for email, social media, and web platforms
  • Working knowledge of video production and file preparation software
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in graphic/web design
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
  • Demonstrated photography experience and ability
