  • Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
  • Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
  • Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • On call
    • Weekend availability

  • Complete work orders assigned by email and validate them online
  • Work on enterprise-level technology systems
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting
  • Maintain documentation and communication


  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • PC repair experience, including motherboard swaps
  • Network and phone cable making
  • Router configuration with subnet
  • Network upgrades/installations, including components and cabling
  • Reliable transportation
  • Smartphone with hotspot and hands-free device
  • Basic tool requirements (screwdriver bit set, ratchet or cordless screwdriver, laptop and cell phone with internet and camera, USB to DB9 adaptor and Cisco console cable, cat5e plenum-rated ethernet cable, cable toner and tester, RJ45 and RJ11 ends with a crimper, 66 and 110 punch tool, fish rods, zip ties, electrical tape, lineman's butt set)
