Job Overview
Join our growing company as a Product Owner and work remotely from the comfort of your home! This position is open to residents of Texas or New York only. What we do:
- Transfinder is a leading provider of transportation management and communication solutions for school districts and municipal governments.
- We focus on client satisfaction and combine cutting-edge technology with award-winning customer service.
- Our software is widely used by over 2,000 School Districts nationwide and in Canada.
Compensation
- Yearly pay
Responsibilities
- Promote collaboration, optimism, and dedication.
- Conduct requirements gathering.
- Rapidly prototype design solutions for our current and future product line.
- Write and maintain specifications for developer consumption.
- Lead the effort of story decomposition and prioritization.
- Participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Present work in a group setting.
- Drive the pace of development projects.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and self-directed.
- Ability to present complex designs across technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong collaborative and communication skills.
- Responsive to feedback.
- Experience working directly with Development teams.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Business Analyst.
- Experience in product development and roadmap, writing user stories, backlog management and prioritization, and release management.
