Job Overview
The YANMAR Digital Marketing Group is seeking a Digital Marketing Intern to help support the strengthening of YANMAR’s internal digital capabilities. As part of an Experience Management Center of Excellence (COE), you will play a vital role in progressing the evolution of our digital offerings (tools, programs, processes) and scaling them within the organization to improve customer’s user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Take part in multiple strategy engagements, developing insights and recommendations that:
- Economic impact analysis — assess how improvements to customer journey and business capabilities will grow revenues, reduce costs, and generate business value.
- Size potential opportunities to prioritize short- & long-term recommendations.
- Experience design — run ethnographic interviews and journey diagnostics to understand customers’ unmet needs.
- Analytics and benchmarking — use datasets to reveal insights and the corresponding actions to optimize performance and customer experience.
- Experience architecture — assess technology landscape and data strategy to understand current implementation and usage. Recommend new solutions, integrations, and use cases to enable improved customer experiences.
