Youth Sports Specialist

Job Location

One location: Maple Grove, MN

Job Overview

  • Multiple Openings
  • Spring Season: April - June
  • Part Time: 3-6 hours each Saturday

Compensation

  • Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Responsibilities

  • Consistently demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive attitude
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Assist volunteer coaches in facilitating practice sessions focused on fundamentals, skill development, and having fun
  • Assume the role of a coach or official as required
  • Assist in game day field set up and tear down
  • Proactively communicate and escalate any potential issues to the Sport Coordinator or Site Manager

Requirements

  • Passionate about kids and sports
  • 18+ years of age (preferred); 16+ years of age welcome
  • General knowledge of offered sports: soccer, baseball, flag football, and basketball (coaching and playing experience preferred)
  • Able to perform multiple duties and fill in as required
