Job Overview
Alliance College-Ready Public Schools is seeking a passionate and dedicated Math Teacher to join our collaborative community. As a Math Teacher, you will provide excellent college-preparatory instruction to our scholars, ensuring they have the necessary skills to succeed academically.
Compensation
- Salary Range: $68,850 - $128,885
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance options
- Participation in the California State Teachers' Retirement System (CalSTRS)
- Five weeks of paid leave during school breaks, plus sick leave

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a positive, achievement-oriented, and supportive culture of high expectations
- Execute assigned curriculum and provide just-in-time supports to reach every scholar
- Align daily lesson plans, instructional materials, and exit tickets to rigorous college-ready standards
- Incorporate feedback from coaching and guidance to continuously improve teaching practices
- Uphold Alliance values and standards of excellence
- Ensure timely submission of school requirements and maintain accurate records
