- Nomura services the needs of individuals, institutions, corporates, and governments through its Retail, Wholesale, and Investment Management divisions.
- Summer Analyst Program:
- 10-week program with extensive contact with Nomura professionals at all levels.
- Hands-on opportunity to participate as full members of the team.
- Work closely with a buddy and a senior mentor.
- Learn about Private Credit markets and various investment-oriented projects.
- Gain exposure to emerging business lines such as co-investment, direct investments, and secondary investments.
Compensation
- Salary Disclosure:
- Set base salary of $100,000 per year.
- At-will position - base salary and discretionary payments can be modified at any time.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis on investment-oriented projects.
- Learn about Private Credit markets and how an interval fund is managed.
- Assist with various emerging business lines such as co-investment, direct investments, and secondary investments.
Requirements
- Outstanding academic qualifications.
- GPA: 3.5+.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree (preferably Business, Economics, Finance, or STEM related field).
- Graduating between December 2024 and June 2025.
- Authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
