Construction and Rehabilitation Project Coordinator

Job Location

Lansing, MI 48906 (Hybrid remote)

Job Overview

  • Oversee the construction and rehabilitation of water storage tanks and industrial coating projects
  • Assist engineer or Senior technician with facility evaluations
  • Coordinate with Engineer and technical staff to ensure project administration goals and timetables are met
  • Ability to read engineering plans and drawings
  • Ability to work at heights and pass occupational testing regime for physical fitness


  • Pay: From $18.00 per hour
  • Job Types: Full-time, Internship


  • Observe contractors and prepare daily technical reports
  • Assist engineer or Senior technician with facility evaluations
  • Coordinate with Engineer and technical staff to ensure project administration goals and timetables are met


  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Experience:
    • Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
    • Civil Engineering Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
  • License/Certification: Driver's License (Required)
  • Willingness to travel: 75% (Required)
