Job Overview
- Medium-sized real estate company founded in 2008
- Guaranteed 100% increase in your business or at least one closed deal within the first 90 days
- Owner and operators are graduates from Johns Hopkins Masters of Real Estate Carey Business School
- Training provided with options for paid positions and draw against commission
- State-of-the-art brokerage with successful training program
- Opportunity to learn real estate investing after successful training and brokerage period
- Possibility to move to commercial brokerage division after 3 years
- 8 properties currently under renovation for rental portfolio and resale
Compensation
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
- Pay: $48,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Close real estate deals on and off-market
- Manage large property management and real estate investment portfolio
- Participate in training program to develop skills as a top producing agent
- Work on property renovations for rental portfolio and resale
Requirements
- Must have a real estate license
- Sales experience preferred (1 year)
- Member of real estate board or association with access to sentrilock
- Ability to work in person
