Job Overview
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness for our short-term rental management company
- Create an SEO-optimized website to generate new client leads
- Oversee the creation of blog posts, social media content, and Google My Business page
- Manage marketing, branding, and SEO activities
Compensation
- Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Design, develop, and optimize a website to generate new client leads via SEO optimization
- Create and manage our Google My Business page to drive traffic and engagement
- Oversee the creation and distribution of blog posts and social media content to attract and engage our target audience
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics and marketing campaigns to optimize results and ROI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in lead generation, marketing, branding, and SEO
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in lead generation, marketing, and SEO optimization
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing
- Familiarity with website design and development and SEO best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize projects
