Job Overview

The University of Wisconsin is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst consultant with experience in Requirements Gathering and Analysis, CRM Design, CRM Development, Implementation, Testing, and Go-Live Support for a billing solution built in the CRM with various system integrations, including Workday. The Division of Information Technology needs to rebuild its existing billing system and has chosen Salesforce as the new home for related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Work with stakeholders and future CRM users to gather process requirements
  • Analyze requirements to identify gaps and provide process improvement recommendations based on CRM functionality
  • Write user stories based on requirements
  • Partner with the CRM Technical Lead to design and build the CRM solution
  • Support the CRM Technical lead with integration and data migration activities, including source system data mapping and data cleansing
  • Work with the CRM Technical Lead and project team to identify user stories for agile development sprints
  • Conduct sprint QA testing
  • Demo sprint build work to project team
  • Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing
  • Participate in pre-go-live preparation activities in support of the CRM Technical Lead
  • Be the primary point of contact for new users after go-live and maintain the issue tracking log
  • Provide production support assistance until steady state is reached

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience as a Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, or Consultant
  • Experience gathering requirements, performing gap/fit analysis, and writing user stories
  • Experience working with CRM users to interpret needs, make system recommendations, and provide user support either through a project or managing a production backlog
  • Experience with configuring Salesforce solutions
  • General understanding of integrations and working with APIs
  • Experience with data migration, including source system data mapping, translations, and cleansing
  • Experience writing test scripts and guiding users through testing
  • Experience with quality and/or smoke testing
