Beneficial Breads is a growing establishment specializing in fresh organic German breads and baked goods. We are looking for energetic and passionate individuals to join our team. As a Bakery Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of excellence.
Compensation
- Pay: $12.00 - $17.00 per hour
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
- Physical setting: Bakery, Café
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Day shift, Evening shift, Every weekend, Holidays, Night shift, Overnight shift, Weekend availability
- Ability to commute/relocate: Winter Garden, FL 34787 - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
- Perform baking tasks and bread baking to prep the team for daily work flow.
- Ensure structure of the bake is followed.
- Proof pastries.
- Ensure bake is completed to standard and to time expectations.
