Job Overview

  • USWOO 美窝房产 is a professional real estate service company under the TuMeiBiAn Group and New York International Student Network.
  • We specialize in providing North American real estate services to college students and individuals studying and working in the United States.
  • With a team of over 300 full-time real estate agents and headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, we have branches in New York, California, and other locations.

Compensation

  • Competitive salary: $4,500.00 - $20,000.00 per month
  • Additional benefits: 100% commission-based, mobile phone and subway ticket subsidies, weekly happy hour with complimentary food and drinks, team-building activities, and professional training.

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional real estate services to college students, assisting them in finding suitable accommodations.
  • Publish property listings and accompany clients for property viewings and selection.
  • Promote the company and its brand, as well as gain knowledge about other services offered.
  • Conduct research, data collection, and analysis of designated housing markets both online and offline.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target customer groups, analyze customer information, and actively engage in communication.
  • Participate in organizing and planning marketing activities for the company.
  • Achieve monthly performance targets set by the company.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled or graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Strong ability to learn and adapt to new tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Effective time management, multitasking, and stress tolerance.
  • Positive and outgoing attitude, maintaining professionalism while interacting with multiple customers.
  • Previous experience in assisting international students with rentals is desirable.
  • Preference given to local students attending New York colleges or universities.
