Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate caregiver to provide weekend care to our clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience/passion working with seniors or individuals with disabilities, and will be able to assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep etc. This is a part-time position that requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services to clients as directed by the care plan
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and transferring
- Help with meal preparation and feeding, as needed
- Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, and dusting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health status to the care manager
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided
Requirements
Experience: Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred), Night Shift (Preferred), Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: One location
