Job Overview

We are a fast-growing M&A advising firm with a Commercial Real Estate division seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented college student or recent graduate to join our team as a part-time M&A Advisor Intern. This position offers flexible hours and the potential for growth within the company.     • 4 hour shift
    • Choose your own hours
    • Monday to Friday
  • Supplemental pay types:

  • Ability to commute/relocate: Greenville, SC 29601 (Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work)

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior M&A & CRE advisors with tasks such as market research, financial analysis, and due diligence.
  • Conduct industry research and compile reports for clients and internal use.
  • Attend and take notes during client meetings and conference calls.
  • Create and maintain client files, databases, and other documentation.
  • Support the day-to-day operations of the firm, including answering phones and responding to emails.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled in college or possess a bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Interest in the M&A & CRE industry with a desire to learn and grow within the field.
